For the Summer Tuition Reimbursement program: 
In lieu of a "wet" signature from your EC director, please ask him/her to email Ginger.Starling@dpi.nc.gov stating you are employed as an EC teacher in the district. 
Do NOT email or fax applications as they contain sensitive information. Applications must be mailed. 
As soon as you enroll in a course, you may submit an application. Please do not wait until the end of the course to send in the application as it may go past the deadline for applications. Your supporting documents have a separate deadline that is past the application date. 
Make sure ALL information is completed on the application including the social security number. We must have that number in order verify your teaching license. Incomplete applications are returned. 
Deadlines cannot be extended. Please make sure you are aware of the dates on the application.
